By using InspectiMark, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect:
a. Recorded Videos: InspectiMark allows you to record and save videos of your driving experiences. These videos are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them with us.
b. Personal Information: We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily choose to share it with us. When you decide to send us your recorded videos and earn credits, we may collect your email address or other contact details for communication purposes and to provide updates on the processing of your videos.

d. Microphone Access: The App records videos without sound by default. However, if you activate the microphone feature within the App, it will record videos with audio. The microphone is entirely optional and can be enabled or disabled at your discretion.
Use of Information:
a. Processing Videos: When you choose to share your recorded videos with us, we process them to identify and report defective road markings to road authorities or maintenance organizations. The collected data from different users is combined and anonymized to prepare comprehensive reports.
b. Communication: We may use the personal information you provide, such as your email address, to communicate with you regarding the processing of your videos, provide updates on road marking maintenance, and respond to your inquiries or feedback.
c. Blurring Private Information: To comply with privacy regulations, such as GDPR, we employ measures to blur private information captured in the videos, such as people's faces and license plates, before utilizing or publishing the content.
Data Sharing and Disclosure:
a. Road Authorities and Maintenance Organizations: To fulfill our purpose of reporting defective roads, we may share the processed videos, reports, and associated data with road authorities or maintenance organizations. This sharing is conducted with the intention of facilitating necessary actions for road maintenance and improvement.
b. Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in processing videos, analyzing data, or preparing reports. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information and may only use it for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
