c. Location Information: In order to associate the recorded videos with specific locations, InspectiMark requires access to your device's location data. This allows us to collect GPS data corresponding to the recorded videos and identify the location of any detected road issues. Your location information is only collected and used for this purpose.

d. Microphone Access: The App records videos without sound by default. However, if you activate the microphone feature within the App, it will record videos with audio. The microphone is entirely optional and can be enabled or disabled at your discretion.

Use of Information:

a. Processing Videos: When you choose to share your recorded videos with us, we process them to identify and report defective road markings to road authorities or maintenance organizations. The collected data from different users is combined and anonymized to prepare comprehensive reports.

b. Communication: We may use the personal information you provide, such as your email address, to communicate with you regarding the processing of your videos, provide updates on road marking maintenance, and respond to your inquiries or feedback.
